When Will the Next Dividend Be Announced?
In its stock exchange filing, Page Industries stated that its Board of Directors will meet on 13 November 2025. During this meeting, the company will review the Q2 FY26 (September quarter) financial results and also decide on the second interim dividend for FY 2025–26.

“The meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled for 13 November 2025 to review the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30 September 2025 and to consider the second interim dividend for FY 2025–26.”
Dividend Record Date
The company has fixed 19 November 2025 as the record date.
Only those shareholders who hold Page Industries shares in their demat accounts on or before 19 November will be eligible to receive the upcoming dividend.
The company added:
“If the interim dividend is declared by the Board, the record date for its payment will be 19 November 2025.”
How Much Dividend Has Been Paid So Far in 2025?
In 2025, Page Industries has already declared three dividends:
